To make the best burger ever, begin with one pound ground beef. We love to use ground sirloin because it’s lower fat and makes a delicious meaty burger, no binders necessary.
Press the meat into 3 one-half inch patties.
Sprinkle both sides with Mr. Kac’s Special seasoning.
Cook on hot grill (425 degrees if you have a thermometer to check it) about 3-4 minutes per side. If your burgers are thin, they’ll cook faster.
When burgers on done, throw on buns for a quick toast. We topped our burgers with provolone cheese after they were removed from the grill, plus shredded lettuce, onion, and tomato. Condiments to your liking.
